  • ANY SEWERAGE BLOCKAGE
  • ANY BROKEN SEWERAGE FITTINGS
  • ANY SERIOUS ROOF LEAK
  • ANY GAS LEAK
  • ANY ELECTRICAL FAULT LIKELY TO CAUSE DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OR ENDANGER HUMAN LIFE
  • ANY FAULT IN A LIFT IN A RENTED PREMISES – (Always report to Body Corporate Manager)
  • ANY SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE CAUSED BY FLOODING, STORM OR FIRE
  • ANY DAMAGE OF A PRESCRIBED GLASS
