- ANY SEWERAGE BLOCKAGE
- ANY BROKEN SEWERAGE FITTINGS
- ANY SERIOUS ROOF LEAK
- ANY GAS LEAK
- ANY ELECTRICAL FAULT LIKELY TO CAUSE DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OR ENDANGER HUMAN LIFE
- ANY FAULT IN A LIFT IN A RENTED PREMISES – (Always report to Body Corporate Manager)
- ANY SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE CAUSED BY FLOODING, STORM OR FIRE
- ANY DAMAGE OF A PRESCRIBED GLASS
